Open pdf file from MS Publisher Web

I'd like to have a button that will open a pdf file in my MS Publisher
created website. I can create a hyperlink and when I click on it I
see the address in the bottom information bar but nothing happens. I
do have Acrobat installed. Can anybody help?

What browser are you using?
What is the URL to you site?
