Password.xla add-in. Just one of many that can be found on the 'net.

NOTE: this will not crack File Protection passwords, sheet and book only.

Copy it to your Office\Library. Access it(in Excel) by going to Tools>Add-ins
and check it to load. Once loaded, you will see two new commands at bottom of
Tools menu. "unprotect sheet" and "unprotect workbook".
