open published project

I create new project and save it to server (publishe it). Then when I'm
trying to open it I can't.
It always show me "The file could not be opened". I was looking on
server (PWA) but I can't find nothing wrong. Can someone tell me where
exactly can I find arrangement responsible for access to published
projects?

Hi,

The "Selected Projects cannot be opened with Project" error occurs when
you try to open a project that was saved locally before it was uploaded to
the Project Server.
If the file was saved locally then try importing it rather than publishing.

It showing me error exactly "The file could not be opened" and I don't
think I saved those projects locally before saving to server. But I
will check it. Other thing -how can I open now those projects saved on
server?
