open query on top of swtchboard form

I have a switchboard form that opens queries through macro-driven hyperlink
texts.

However the queries are opening behind the switchboard form. I've created
similar applications driven by macro behind buttons and the queries appear on
top of the form.

Is there a property or a setting change that I should make to have the
hyperlink macros open the queries on top of the switchboard form?

Check to see if the popup property or modal property of the form is set to
"Yes". If it is, change it to "No".
