Open, save and check-in projects in Project Server 2007

1) Project 2007 Pro often crashes when I open or save projects to Project
server 2007. Does anyboby have the same problem ?
2) Sometimes project can not be checked-in staying in quene with "Wating to
be processed" status. I have to go inside DB and "checkin" directly in
PROJECTS db-table. Does anybody have such problems ? Any suggestions ?

1) open Draft DB in SQl Management Studio
2) find string where PROJ_NAME field corresponds to checked-out project
3) find field CHECKOUT_BY (aproximately in the middle). You see GUID of
resource who chek-out project
4) Set NULL in this string/field manually

Of course, this is rude solution :) I am not sure that DB consistency is
OK. But it works.

Hope this helps
