We have an Exchange 2007 server with Outlook 2003 and 2007. ONE of our
Outlook 2003 users has an intermittent issue opening other users shared
calendars (Outlook 2003). All users in the office share their calendars. Only
a few users have OL2007.
When she tries to open a shared calendar (OL03) a logon dialog box opens
requesting her password, sometimes. This does not happen for all users
initially, but after she puts in her password, Outlook remembers it, and does
not ask for her password again. She logs out every night and logs in every
morning with her proper AD credentials.
This does not occur 100% all of the time, nor is it for the same user(s)
shared calendar each time.
Any ideas why she is intermittently being asked to provide her credentials?
