Open subform

Hey all,

I have two forms, one a subform of the other, being displayed as
datasheets. When a new record is added to the record source I want to open
the subform of the new item so that the user can keep entering the
details.

I have looked into the SubdatasheetExpanded property but this expands
every item. Can I get the subform to open when the user adds and item and
then close when they click to add a new record?
