Open tasks failed

When I click the task name in "My tasks" on PS2007 PWA, it shows below error
messages:

= GeneralUnhandledException InstructionsL Pass this into PSClientError

What Updates/sevice packs do you have applied ?

No, I have not installed any updates.

What Updates/sevice packs do you have applied ?- Hide quoted text -

This seem like a service pack issue, i VERY Strongly recommend you
install all the latests updates , including the Infrastructure updates
and the cumilative update
