Open Web Installer Prompt

Whenever I try to open a website from a certain
installation of Frontpage, I get an installer prompt. It
works fine on other computers.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing it completely,
and that hasn't given me any luck. Thanks in advance for
any help.

Did you try a custom install and select run all from disc
