Since installing Snow Leopard I can't open wmv files attached to an email.
When I click on the .wmv file it states Quicktime must be installed. I have installed flip4mac and quicktime readers again. (did not uninstall). Please advise if you have a fix. Thanks.

Are you sure that the entire message has been downloaded before you try to
save or open the .wmv file?

Under account settings for the account, select the Options tab and see if
"Partially receive messages over XX KB" is selected. If so, deselect it.

If you have already partially received a message, select it and either
1) click on the blue link in its header labeled "Receive entire message" or
2) choose the "Receive entire message" command from the Message menu.

I am working on a client machine - same issue - snow leopard
installed
and Quicktime complains when you try to run WMV files
Tried installing WMV updates and new app, not resolved. All files are
fully downloaded. Let me know if anyone finds a solution.

I had the same issue. Find an WMV file that isn't an Entourage attachment (or save the attachment someplace). Double click on this file and select GET INFO. Then go to OPEN WITH and select QUICKTIME PLAYER and hit CHANGE ALL. THis means every time you try to open a WMV file it will open with Quicktime whether it's an attachment or not. It worked for me!
