open word docs when it states changes made to global template?

I use Incredimail and when I receive a Word Document as an attachment I
cannot open it, on screen message is '1.doc is not available' I click ok and
then it states 'The Normal.dot already exists. Do you want to replace the
existing file? whether I click yes or no a further message appears 'Changes
have been made that affect the global template, Normal.dot. Do you want to
save those changes? I am finding this very confusing can someone please
advise on this? I want to be able to open a word document attachment in
Incredimail as I always did before this started to happen. Thank you.

DO you have Norton Anti Virus? Open NAV and disable the Office Plug-in
option.
