Open XML Converter update doesn't update

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I've tried five times (at least!) and every time, my version number still comes up as 1.0.2.

too had the same problem. i resolved it by getting the update from Apple's Support/Download page. Open XML installed perfectly the first time i re-downloaded it from the link on the Apple support page. Hope it works for you as well. Thanks, Microsoft, for providing us with this important update!

Can you please help me find this spot on the Apple support page. I can't find Open XML converter download link.

I have the same problem - the updater keeps telling me to download version 1.0.3 but when I do, nothing happens, it goes nowhere.
