Open XML Format SDK

Dear All
I need to use the open XML Format SDK to edit the .pptx
presentations. (To edit the .pptx file without using PowerPoint
programmatically)
Does the open XML Format SDK (Open XML Format SDK 1.0 or 2.0) support
Visual C++ 6.0.
And also when I try to download the SDK (Open XML Format SDK 2.0)
from Microsoft website (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/
details.aspx?
FamilyId=C6E744E5-36E9-45F5-8D8C-331DF206E0D0&displaylang=en) , it
popped up a page andit displays "The page cannot be displayed" and the
main page Redirected to another page and it displays "Thank You for
Downloading". and when I click on the start download link. it
redirected to a page that displays "The page cannot be displayed".
Kindly let me know a valid link from where I can download this SDK.
