opena specific web page

I want to be able to open a specific web page I created and stored on my pc–
or any other document – from a form (including the switchboard). I have
tried inserting a button on the form and running an application with a
specific document linked through the pathway but this hasn’t worked. The
other alternative would be to run a macro but I’m not too sure how to do
this. Any advice? All greatly appreciated

Although not from the switchboard, you can use the following.


application.followhyperlink "C:\my documents\this is the file
name.html"

That will work with ANY standardly named file. .DOC for word, .HTML
for web
..XLS for spreadsheet, etc.
