OpenArgs parameter in DoCmd.OpenForm

Occasionally, the OpenArgs parameter I enter on the
DoCmd.OpenForm statement is being lost and the property
OpenArgs is Null on the form being opened. Does anybody
know why this happens and how to overcome it?
