Opened 2nd excel file, it crashed, and overwrote both open files .

Hi, I was working on an Excel spreadsheet, when I opened a second
spreadsheet, which caused Excel to crash. When it crashed, the second
spreadsheet which caused the crash overwrote the other file with it's content.

Both filenames still exist, but when I open either one it is the same file
(the one causing my crash) ugh.

Is there anyway to recover my other spreadsheet.
