Are you opening the report from a form....with a command
button? Or opening the report from the database window?
Without more info....here are a couple of things to check:
Make sure you have printers loaded. The Access reports
won't work without a printer loaded on your computer.
If you have printers, maybe the report margins are
incorrect. So fix the margins in the design view of the
report.
If that doesn't work, go into the design view of the
report....and then preview the report. See what kind of
message you get.
