Opening a form from the desktop

Does anyone have any ideas as to how a custom form can be opened via an
icon/shortcut on the desktop. Tried saving the form as a template and
putting a short cut to it, but that made the macro warning pop every time it
was opened. So I had to publish it. I have a macro that will open it via a
button on the tool bar. However we want to give everyone an icon on their
desk top which when clicked will open the form.

An alternative might be some code that would install the macro to run the
and put a button to call the macro on the tool bar on the toolbar when the
code is run.

Any suggestions gratefully received. thanks in advance
