Opening a form/subform for a specific record

I know there is an easy way to do this, but I cannot
figure it out.

I have 2 related tables, demographics and claims.

I want to open up a form for a specific demographic and
have the subform display a specific claim, both the
specific demographic and the claim will be listed on
another form with an 'Open Form' button.

I can get the initial Demographic form to open correctly,
but I can't get the subform (claim) to open to the
specific claim specified.

HELP!!
