opening a link from an email

Suddenly, I can no longer open any link sent to me in an email - for
instance, facebook links or a link to google I sent to myself as a test. The
error message says there are restrictions set by my adminstrator. This is a
home computer and I am the administrator.....Does anyone know how I fix thiss?
