Opening a mail msg file, using a cusyom form

Hi everybody

I have read most of all til posts in this newsgroup, but
I can't seam to find a solution to my problem.

I need to be able to open a msg mail file using a custom mail form.
We are saving received mails as msg files in a filling system, and I
write
the file location as a custom tag in the msg file.

I need this information to appear when the mail is printed.

If I create a mail of the right form from the begining, everything is
working, but with all other mails I do not know how to change the
choosen mail form.

I really hope that some one would like to help me.
