Opening a mail trough commandline

Hi.

I am trying to open a mail in outlook using the commandline. I have
the location of the mail (within the outlook folder stucture , like
Personal Folders:inbox etc) and the EndtryID of the mail.

Is there any way to open this mail trough commandline with one of
those two?
