Opening a program from within Access

I have a rather nice inventory db for my work. However, the people using
it keep making mistakes and I am not always here to help. So I created a
help file for the key features of the DB and want them to be able to open it
and run it from with in Access. However, because the file extension is .HLP
I cannot get it to open. Is there any way I can do this from a button on a
form???

When I do that, it says It cannot open the file. The path is either invalid
or missing.
I created a Macro which states Run App and the command line has this...
\\10.0.0.10\public\Inventory\Help\Inventory.hlp
Any suggestions???
