Need some help here, anyone got an answer.
I have a database that collects the contents (File Name &
Date Modified) of specific directories and sub-
directories. The data is stored in tables that have just
the 2 fields. I use a ComboBox to select the file and a
CMDButton to open the selected file. I read the extention
to determine case for selecting the proper application.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM: I can open any type of file, except
a Visio (.vsd) file. Visio opens but I get an error on
the file. I can't seem to find a reference for what to
put before the ??????.open [variable]. As i would with
word. Note: I display the file name on the screen for the
file being opened.
