opening access 2000 reports in access 2003

I have a database that was developed in Access 2000. We recently got some
new computers with Office 2003 installed, but most of our machines still have
Office 2000. The problem is we can't seem to open any of the reports in our
database on the machines with Access 2003. We don't wan't to convert the
database to a newer version since most machines don't have Office 2003. Is
there a fix for this solution aside from installing Office 2000 on the newer
machines?

I do have a default printer installed in windows. And its not only opening
the reports that is a problem. We can't design, preview or create new
reports.
