Opening Access 2002 files with Access 2004

I just upgraded to Access 2003, but now when I browse to a
folder, and double click on an Access 2002 .mdb file,
Access 2003 opens, but displays the message "Microsoft
Access cant find the module "file name", but if I open
Access first, and then open the file from within Access,
it opens ok. Any ideas???
