Hello
Can anyone help with the following scenario in MS Outlook:
-Three users have sharing permissions to a secondary mailbox.
-The contacts list activities tab in this mailbox has been set up to link to
a particular sub-folder of the inbox.
-If logged in as the mailbox owner, by opening a contact and going to the
activites section, all email messages from the sub-folder appear that relate
to the contact.
-When logging in as a normal user, viewing the shared secondary mailbox
(with ownership rights to all related folders) through your own mailbox, no
linked messages appear when opening a contact. The activities tab for the
contacts list is also not visible.
Can anyone tell me if searching on the activities option for a contact will
only work if you log in as the main mailbox account holder?
Many thanks in advance
Mark
