Opening an Ole Object from a form

I have a pdf help file that I want users to be able to open by clicking on
one of my forms. It is stored as an Ole Object in a table. I want to leave
the file embedded in the database (because of how users will have to accees
the db). I can open it from an Unbound Object Frame but the Object Frame
just appears as a white rectangle on the form, so my thought was to use a
Command Button to essentially do the double-click on the object frame. Any
suggestions on the code for the Event Procedure?
