Opening business contact manager

Everytime I click and open a folder in BCM, it says, BCM
has encountered a problem and must close. I click okay, it
sends report and it doesn't close.
I looked on msn site and it said the error concerns too
many graphics programs open at the same time.
NOT the problem.
It's annoying. I hope someone knows what to do cuz i can't
find anything about it anywhere.

Just wanted to add that I get this same "encountered a
problem" message when i click on search folders too.
