Opening CAD drawing in Visio

My Visio 2003 for Dummies book says I can open a CAD drawing file in Visio
2003. How do I do that? I had a CAD drawing file sent to me as an
attachment to an Email, and can't figure out how to open it. Please help.

file => open => (autocad dwg, dxf)

It can open earlier versions of DWG and DXF files.
It may have been a Visio 2003 Professional option though (I can't check as I
only have Professional)
