Opening calendar slow after SP2

After installing Outlook SP2 on our Citrix servers, our customers complain
that opening a calendar from another person (secretary opens the caledar of
her manager) takes more time then before.
With SP1 forinstance it toke between 1 and 2,5 seconds when opening a
calendar the first time. With SP2 it was between 5 and 20 seconds.
Opening the second is faster but still slow.
SP1 about 0.5 seconds and SP2 between 2 and 10 seconds.

I found 2 solutions myself.

KB913807 in the article it is mentioned that it solves slow switching forms
in Outlook. Our problem wasn't mentioned. But the patch did solve our
problem. There is a link in the article to the download site.

KB899340 in this article our problem is mentioned. But the patch is only
available in

not in Dutch.
You have to call Microsoft to get it.
