OPENING CSV inside Explorer >> BUG ??????

Hi !

I'm trying to open a CSV file from 2 different sites, one it works, and
another it bugs :

at the right one : when i click on the csv link, the file opens instantly.

at the bad one: when i click, IE asks if I wether want to open or save, and
I click open, and it opens disformatted, with all fields at the same field,
without making the comma separation (

please help !!

The file is the same, so the CSV file is correctly made.

Then I can only look for any Explorer issue !! Is there one?? Is it
Explorer ? Cache? Webserver issue?

For exemple, I made two equal files, at the two servers for u guys see what
is happening :

http://sca.archive.com.br/tmp/sca.csv << works right

http://arcsys.redecapta.com.br/tmp/sca.csv << DONT WORK
