Opening Custom Task Form in ON 2007

- Has anyone successfully attempted to use a custom task form
(IPM.Task.MyForm) when assigning tasks from ON pages instead of the default
form (IPM.Task)?
- Can it be done using VBScript behind the ON form?
- Does it take an Add-In?

You would need to write an addin to to do this. ON just uses the Outlook
object model and uses the default item types. You can check my code at
