Opening Email with attachment is slow in Outlook 2003

Dear All,

I am having a problem in opening any email that comes with an attachment
(any size) in Outlook 2000 and in Outlook 2003. When I am double clicking on
any email with attachment, it takes ages to open the email. On the other
hand, if I double click any email without attachment opens instantly.

My other computers are not causing any problem. All the computers are
running XP, office 2000 and Office 2003 on the client end. And on the server
end it is Windows 2000 server with Exchange 2000 server. All the service
packs & patches are upto date on both client and server ends.

Have not changed/modifyed any thing on the server and client end.

Please advise me how to resolve this issue.

This is what worked for me. Remember to restart your machine after the
changes.
