Opening emails

N

Niller

I have just updated 2003 to 2007. The first two days after I have been able
to open emails. However, I now receive an error message: "File ExSec32.dll is
incompatible with Microsoft Outlook. Reinstall Outlook." When I close the
message box and tries again, then Outlook closes down and open again. Yet, it
is still not possible to open emails.
Please advice.
Kind regards, Martin

File ExSec32.dll probably belongs to one of your Add-Ons

Disable you Outlook Add-ons and try. After put the Add Ons back one by one until you
find the guilty one

Find and delete extend.dat with Outlook closed. Then restart to see if it
works now.
