Hello,
I have Excel 2000 with all SP's installed in order SR-1a, SP-2, & SP-3 since
I had installed Office 2000 pro suite(which has word, outlook, powerpoint, &
access also). I have tried to open Excel 2000 and immediately have a problem
with excel automatically selecting cells which turns cursor into the "plus"
sign. The cells in the spreadsheet are selected automatically, trying to move
the mouse around does nothing but select cells, you can't do anything else
like select a menu bar command or exit out of the program except of course to
using task manager.
Has anyone had this problem as it's hard to figure out if it's the service
pack or a corruption problem with another program that has done this??
