Opening Files with Graphics in Word 2000

I am working on a long file with several graphics (3 mb) and would like Word
2000 to load all of the images into memory when I open the file as opposed to
only loading them when I move to the page that has the graphics. This seems a
reasonable option to have, but I can't seem to find a switch to toggle.
