Opening Frame

When I open a new document in Word 2004, the bottom of the panel shows
up behind the Dock.
Is there a way to have the panel open a little shorter? So that it is
not behind the Dock.

Hello,
If you mean that the Word application window is to some extend behaind the
DOCK. Here are 2 tips:
1. Click on the green plus on the top left side of active Word window while
holding down Comand (apple) key. Thatshould adjust the windows size
automatically
2. The other is to temporary allow dock "turn hiding on" let it hidden and
then adajust the word window to requested size and then "turn hiding off"
in dock again.
Then, when you close word It should remember your window setting from last
session.

If you have been looking for anything else, plese post back.

Thanks. Option 1 works very good. Of course, I did not post all the
information. I have a toolbar at the bottom of the window, in which I
had put about 25% behind the dock. When I brought the toolbar up and
sat it on top of the dock (like it is suppose to be), and did
Command-green button, the window is remembering. Thanks, again.
