Opening Long Documents

I keep a journal (yeah, I know) using Microsoft Word. Is there any way
to specify what page to open up this rather long document? For
instance, open up to page 100 or the latest page?

Thanks

One option is to use the keystroke Cmd+End after opening the document. That
will take you to the very end of the current content.

Another option is Shift+F5 - Word remembers the last three editing locations
even after saving, & that keystroke will toggle you through them.

You can also use Cmd+G to bring up the Go To dialog, type a page number &
press Return to go to that page. The dialog can also take you through the
doc in other ways (such as by Section, Line, Bookmark, etc.).

Or just drag the scroll bar button to the bottom of the bar to go to the
last page.

For anything more "automatic" you will need to involve VBA.
