Opening M.S Works 4.5 documents in Office 2k

I reinstalled my computer and installed Office 2k instead
of the previous Works 4.5
Is it possible to open the various type of Works documents
in Office 2k, and if so what patches do I need?
I found a patch that allow me to open works documents in
Word, but I still can't open the other files.
Alternative question if the answer to the above is "NO":
is it possible to install both Office2k and Works?

You should be able to read all, its a while since I carried out this
conversion, but if I recollect correctly you have to eg open a blank Excel
workbook, then import the Works equivelant. If you dont have the required
conversion tool installed Office should open a dialogue to install
conversion tool frm yr Office Disks
If you found a 'patch' as apposed to using Office built in converter I would
suggest reverting to Word,blank doc,open/import yr origonal wks file, once
again you will be prompted if conversion tool is not installed.
If you try and install Wks after the install of Office you risk all sorts of
problems!!
