Opening Mail Attachment Default

Hello!

The CEO of my client would like to get the Opening Mail
Attachment dialogue box back. It was once set to not to
remind him again so the dialoge box no longer shows.

He also would like to radio button selection defaults
to "Open it" instead of "Save it to disk".

I tried to research on the registry keys but no luck.. Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
