opening msp files from exe

hi all,
I'm running a program that opens msp files during the night, makes some
changes in the files, saves them and closes then.
the thing is, my program faces a problem whenever a popup, of any kind,
appears when opening an msp file.
for example:
supose one of the file has a currency missmatch, a popup will apear when the
program will open it, and nothing will hapen until somebody press the OK
button.

i heard that it is posible to open the file with a parameter that prevent
popups from jumping.
my program is an exe file, writen in vb.net.
