Opening multiple Excel 2000 worksheets

When I open more than one Excel 2000 worksheet, each opens
in its own window. How do I configure Excel so they will
all open within the same Excel window?

John,

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the View tab. There,
uncheck the "Windows in Taskbar" setting.

Chip,

Thanks for you response.

I mis-spoke. The files are opening in the same Window but
they need to open in separate Windows so they can be
compared side by side. The Windows in Taskbar seems to
just manage the appearances on the taskbar and not the
Windows themselves. How can files be opened in separate
windows. I've searched Windows Knowledge Base and other
various websites but haven't found anything.

Thank you for your assistance.

John,

Go to the Window menu, chose New Window, then Arrange, and arrange
the windows as you need them to appear.
