Opening ODBC connections

Hello,

In using linked ODBC tables, whenever I open an instance
of Access, I have to provide a User ID and Password for
the linked tables.

Is there a way to automate this, so whenever the db is
opened, the login connections would be made for a user in
the background.

I'm using Access 97. Any help you could provide would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. I just found my own solution
before coming back here.

In linking some other tables, I found that just clicking
the save password will save the user name and password
into the Msysobject table. Duh. Simply relinking the
tables corrects my problem.

While this may not be the solution that everyone could use
since it allows anyone with access to the database to have
access to the tables, it works for my purposes.
