When my boss opens a word or excel document that is a attachment in an email,
it opens to a blank page in Word or Excel. If you hit the minimize button,
or the options button on the top left or click twice on the taskbar at the
bottom, it looks like it minimizes the blank page but it does not and the
document shows up then.
Any ideas on what can cause this?
