Opening Office Programs

I have XP Pro and just had to re-format my hard drive. I reinstalled Office
2007 and I appears to work fine, however, EVERY time I try to open one of the
programs, it goes through the CONFIGURATION process. This takes approx 1-3
minutes every time. Any help on this?
