Hi all,
I have a user (user 1) who needs to open another user's folder (user
2). When user 1 opens Outlook it opens to Outlook today just like it should.
From this screen, user 1 is able to open user 2's folder. However, as soon
as user 1 goes to his own inbox he is then unable to again open user 2's
folder. When user 1 attempts to open user 2's folder after being in his own
inbox, the Outlook window blinks, but that's it, it doesn't go to user 2's
folder. The only way around this that I've found is to close user 1's
outlook and get back in. So basically, if user 1 wants to open user 2's
folder, it has to be the first thing he does after opening Outlook. I've ran
a detect and repair but that did't help. Any help appreciated. Oh, this is
with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2005 (I think).
