it was exported as unicode format pst which outlook 2002 can't open. It
would be best if you could have it exported in the outlook 97-2002
format,
otherwise you need a 3rd party tool- 'pst upgrade tool' in the tools list
at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ansi-to-unicode.asp can convert unicode
to
ansi.

I use Outlook 2002 (XP) but need to open some important emails exported
as
a
.pst file from Oulook 2003. They don't open. Is there a conversion or
something I must to to get compatibility? How do I do this?
Thank you
