opening OutLook 2007 with Contacts first

When opening OutLook 2007 How Do You Insure Your Contacts Open first??

"Tools" > "Options" > "Other" > "Advanced options" > "Startup in this
folder" > "Browse", select "Contacts", "OK" all the way out. Close
Outlook and re-open.
