This just worked for me: on the start menu, go to the startup folder and
right click, choose Open. In the pane with the shortcuts, right click and
choose New, Shortcut. Browse to outlook.exe (or paste this line, including
quotes: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" ) and
finish the wizard.
